Maria is a small girl around ten years old. Since she saw how Ramirez killed her father she is speechless. She lives with Doc on a little ship and has the little bird Piccolo as pet. Piccolo does only eat Moonfishes, so Doc asked Vyse if he bring Maria Moonfishes. After 24 Moonfishes the bird is big and leaves Maria. When the Bird had leave Maria, Piastol comes to her. Maria and Piastol are sisters and both lived in Valua until their father was killed and Piastol had leave the family.
